Sullair-IHI products include a variety of Turbo compressors such as the T series standard machines and F series engineering machines which are the best fit to all requirements of different industries as mining, glass manufacturing, and petrochemical.

Since 2008, we have been certified with ISO9001 & ISO 14001. The large turbo product range is starting from 150kW up to 100,000kW, with air flow from 1,500m3/h and up to 250,000m3/h, and from 2bar up to 65 bar air pressure. Inlet Guide Vane (IGV): The Inlet Guide Vane (IGV) design allows compressors to reach higher efficiency under partial load. Gear box: The gear box has an integrated design with mounted-on coolers which is more stable and reduces vibration comparing with a separated design. Coupling: Dry stainless steel disc coupling requires no lubrication, while the safety cover provides easy access for maintenance. Coolers: Intercoolers and after coolers are water-in-tube with external fins design, cooler tube bundles are easily accessible without disturbing other components, which makes quick and simple cleaning with low cost. Inlet scroll: The inlets scroll are specially treated with an epoxy coating to inhibit corrosion. High performance rotor: Based on advanced aerodynamic principles as well as decades of experience in manufacturing, we have developed the most efficient impellers. These impellers are made of titanium or 17-4PH stainless steel demonstrating high strength as well as anti-corrosion and non-wearing. Diffuser: The energy imparted to air by the impeller rotation is efficiently converted into static pressure by the diffuser. The high efficiency advanced design diffuser inhibits turbulence and reduce noise.
