Oil Free Piston Air Compressors
The Hitachi Bebicon OP Piston compressor is available from 3.7kW up to 7.5kW, tank mounted, with forklift tines, 3 phase.
The heavy duty piston compressor deliver Oil Free air, from 14.6 cfm up to 30.9 cfm at 8.5 bar maximum pressure. The OP piston range is result of the latest design such as the lead Air Valves of I-shaped stainless steel suction air valve improves air capacity and improves durability against rusting. High Cooling Head are fitted with large aluminium alloy ventilated to improve heat radiation and air capacity. Head Cut Piston Pin of heat-insulating material reduces heat transfer from the piston top the needle bearing and keep bearing in relatively low temperature and improve the reliability. Leak Cut Piston ring of specially shaped abutment joint reduces air leakage and improves air capacity. The Hitachi OP piston range is designed to operate in indoor conditions and in ambient temperatures of up to 40°C.
