There will be no disruption to normal customer facing operations.
Sullair Australia continues to invest in our systems and human capability to support and sustain our future growth. A significant component of this investment is the implementation of SAP as our global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. SAP has nearly 50 years’ experience in ERP systems and provides solutions to more than 400,000 customers in nearly every country in the world. According to SAP research, 77% of all business transactions worldwide touch a SAP system.
Sullair Australia will be going live at the opening of business on Tuesday the 5th of October. Transitioning to a new ERP system is a massive undertaking and our staff are putting in a significant amount of work to ensure a smooth transition.
Sullair will continue to provide our normal range of services including the provision of critical breakdown services. You will see changes in the form of some of our documentation such as invoices but our banking details remain unchanged.
We are supported by a strong project team and best-in-class IT resources but with any ERP change there exists the potential for teething problems. Should you experience a problem please reach out to our Australian Service team on 1300 266 773 or contact us here.
We’re excited for the possibilities that are available to us to better serve our customers with a more modern, integrated global SAP system which will provide enhanced supply chain visibility.
